Dear Mr Gritten,

Subject: Care of Mrs Evelyn Lovelock

Thankyou for the reply, on your behalf, from Prof. Ann Sheen dated 11 December. I am glad you are looking into the issues, including unlawful practice, raised in my letter ref NHSC1.RTF dated 6th December with attachments, including the witnessed letter from my mother Evelyn. I welcome your stated intention to write back to me in due course.

I am advised that my letter with its attachments should have been sufficient for your

timely provision of the requested report, believed to have been written by Dr Van Wyk.

However, I enclose the application form*, attached to your letter, completed. I note that your procedures introduce additional delay, and to help reduce this delay I enclose a cheque*, payable to your trust, to the value of £50 - the maximum cost. * to Abigail Moss.

I am sure that you and all senior staff within the NHS, Social Services, local and central government are now fully aware of the fact that you have all been part of unlawful practice, detailed in my earlier letter, and that this fact is rapidly becoming known by the UK population at large. A new web site www.NHSCare.info went public earlier this week, together with a Press Release which is intended to bring one of the most newsworthy aspects to the wider attention of the UK population at large. i.e. that a very large number of families may claim back costs, totaling perhaps £10bn, from the NHS. We are advising people like yourselves to be fully familiar with the issues and therefore prepared to provide meaningful replies to questions from the press.

Having given you this information, I do not wish you to deal with my mother's case any differently from how you would deal with any other case. However, you should be warned that all our correspondence is recorded and may eventually appear in the Public Domain.

I request that you give this matter your most urgent attention.

Yours Sincerely,

Robin Lovelock

(Son of Evelyn Lovelock)
